Project info

Developed the strategy, identity and digital system around Deskhq’s simple promise of accessible & intelligent support with no fuss. Deskhq is a digital customer-support platform built to help small and medium-sized businesses deliver better customer experiences. Inspired by founder Bethany Oliver’s family connection to customer service, the brand needed to feel caring, capable and distinct from conventional software.
